Due to trainings on legal "stumbling stones" for sales people and project managers the number of loss making projects was reduced from roughly 50% to about 1% of all ongoing projects. Enhanced
negotiation skills lead to more balanced contracts including sound basis for successful claim management during the execution phase. Projects in the US, UK, AUS, CH, D were accordingly handed
over to customers on time including sound profit. Maintenance and supports contracts will add to the financial success.
PCC's client decided to conduct such Trainings on a yearly Basis.
